Week 5 – Volleys & Dinks Integration (Oct 6–10, 2025)
This week, our players focused on combining volleys and dinks—learning when to take control in the air and when to let the ball bounce. Both age groups worked on coordination, teamwork, and decision-making through creative partner drills, mini games, and lively coach challenges that built confidence and communication.
